At Saint and Sofia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 28 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Exchange or Refund
Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.
Package and Label
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and download your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
